I admit frankly – “rash” was created in a creative shawl, but in terms of nutrition and taste is a real bomb!

Why does he owe his extraordinary power?

First: protein

And as protein is green-blue alga spirulina, with a light “fish” smell. Composition of the recipe I had resistance to the smell and taste of fish – absolutely unnecessary! Spirulina perfectly blends well with the whole sprinkle.

Spirulina is often used in various detoxins because of its cleansing effect. It is also a source of organic iodine for non-fish and seafood.

However, pregnant women should not consume algae, because of their too cleansing action.

Cashew nut is a valuable protein, but also magnesium and unsaturated fatty acids.

Cashews perfectly affect the proper functioning of the nervous system – thanks to it, we not only silence and relax stressed and tired body, but also slow down the aging process.


Second: essential unsaturated fatty acids

Here the first violin plays flaxseed and sunflower seeds.

Flaxseed is extremely rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Thanks to it, our skin is well hydrated, elastic and nourished.

Remember, however, that flax seeds should be eaten in the mashed form and processed as soon as they are processed. As a result, fatty acids will not oxidize and have the highest nutritional value.

However, I have to buy a ready-made flax seed bag that has been packed in a plastic bag and has lost its most important value.

Sunflower seeds are rich in omega 6 and vitamin E, copper, B vitamins (especially B1), phosphorus and selenium. Essentially unsaturated fatty acids are components that build up cell membranes, affect hormonal balance, help maintain satiety and are carriers of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K).

Interestingly, the sunflower has the ability to bind toxins and thereby help to detoxify the body.


Third: the richness of vitamins and minerals.

All ingredients of the sprinkles are very nourishing and rich in vitamins and minerals. It is impossible to separate them and create a “rigid” division. I just wanted to let you know how great potential is in real, unprocessed food and what kind of nature nature offers.

Very inactive and nourishing product are inactive yeast flakes, ie “cheese without cheese”.

It is an excellent source of B vitamins and proteins. They work great in “rustless” dishes imitating the taste and texture of cheese. Their use is very diverse, ranging from enriching the taste of salad pastes, sauces, to using them as parmesan on a delicious home-made pizza.


Green sprinkle of Power
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp inactive yeast flakes
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Himalayan salt
  1. Cashew, sunflower and flaxseed we grind in the mill, or we are blown to a smooth powder. We add spirulina, yeast flakes and salt.
  2. We poured into a tight jar, turn and store in a refrigerator.
Recipe Notes

Try experimenting by adding powdered garlic, onion, thyme, shredded dried tomatoes, hot peppers and even cinnamon.

It all depends on your fantasies and the taste you have at any given moment.

Good to know:

The most nutritious nutritional supplements have been prepared and used “right away”.

However, prepared in more peacefully, it can be stored for several days in a refrigerator in a sealed glass jar. This will prevent the oxidation of valuable and extremely heat-sensitive fatty acids contained in seeds of flaxseed, sunflower seeds and cashew nuts.

Sprinkle is great for sprinkling salads, all dishes, cottage cheese, and my hit are zucchini chips in green sprinkles.

But it’s addicted and disappear so immediately and make a double serving.

How often is the chocolate temptation stronger than common sense?

Chocolate is made from cocoa seeds, by drying, roasting and grinding beans.

True bitter chocolate is made from cocoa (more specifically, cocoa butter, cocoa mass and cocoa powder). Sugar is also often added – refined or unrefined.

Unfortunately it is not so easy to get a really good chocolate.

Manufacturers often “enrich” it with completely unnecessary ingredients: cured vegetable fats, powdered milk, flour or starch, glucose-fructose syrup and strange “fillings”, which contain virtually the same sugar or syrup, flavors, dyes, thickeners And gelling ….

So how to make an informed choice to buy good quality chocolate? We need to read the labels.

The shorter the list of ingredients, the better. In addition, pay attention to the content of cocoa mass. For me “real chocolate” is one that has 80% cocoa up. Of course, the higher the percentage of cocoa, the more chocolate is dry, bitter and tart, but it also has less sugar.

I always follow these rules and pay attention to whether the product is certified and guaranteed “Fairtrade Quality”. In this way, I support honest Producers who also honestly treat Suppliers and pay them a decent wage for their hard work.

  • 3,5 oz of dark chocolate (I recommend at least 80%)
  • 1 cup of amaranth popping
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (unrefined)
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  1. In the saucepan we melt coconut oil and add broken chocolate. We heat until chocolate dissolves, without boiling.

  2. For warm chocolate mass we poppin with amaranth and gently mix.
  3. Flat form (great for baking), gently oil with coconut oil, spread the mass, spread and gently squeeze.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped almonds and press once more.
  5. We cool in the fridge for about 20 minutes and then cut into triangles or any other shapes.
Recipe Notes

Chocolate-amaranth mass is very delicate and can crumble when cutting triangles. But do not bother - all shapes are allowed. As it is summed up my husband, who consumed a large part of the triangles: "But these are chocolate bars!" Also the name "Tabliczki" is also ok!

Completely raw, without gluten, lactose, soy, eggs, refined sugar and other superfluous “improvers” and preservatives.

Their whole secret lies in the details, exactly in the ingredients.

By developing this recipe, I was guided by the idea of dessert, which gives me a sense of happiness, a beautiful body and a smart mind, as well as providing concentrated nutritional doses in a small volume.

In me they have permanently entered the “sweet” repertoire, and with a cup of delicious aromatic coffee taste insane.


Avokava's Tartlets
Prep Time

Servings: 4 portions
Tartlets bottom
  • 1/2 cup popping from amaranthus
  • 1/2 cup of dates without pips (unsealed)
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
Avokado cream
  • 1 pcs avokado
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (use solids, gently separating the layer after the previous cooling of the milk in the refrigerator)
  • 2 ablespoons xylitol or stevia
  • 2 teaspoons split seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice (you can replace with lemon, but I recommend lime)
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered green matcha tea (optional)
Tartlets bottom
  1. Dates are blended with boiling water and together with walnuts we mix until the crumbs, combine the ingredients and get the so-called. "Gravel".
  2. The resulting mass is combined with popping with amaranth and salt. We mix, sticks the molds to the tartlets and cooled in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Avokado cream
  1. Avocados and sweetened coconut milk are blended into a homogeneous cream.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, gently mix and chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  3. When the cream thickens (thanks to the constant part of coconut milk and chia seeds) we put it on the cooled bottom.
Recipe Notes

For decoration: sliced kiwi, chopped pistachios (optional, if you like)


Good to know:

When buying coconut milk, be sure to pay attention to the presence of preservatives.

Good coconut milk contains only coconut extract and water. The higher the percentage of extract, the more fat the milk is, but the better.

We absolutely do not recommend buying light coconut milk, and such “pearls” already seen on the store shelves. Coconut fat is one of the healthiest fats we should eat.

Popping with amaranthus is a cool and healthy option to prepare “raw” sweets. An extremely fast and nutritious dessert are chocolate-amaranth nuggets.

The “popping” popping blends well as an addition to soups, salads, cutlets, burgers, pastas and vegetarian patties.

Amaranthus is a gluten-free cereal with high levels of protein, fiber, antioxidants and squalene. Scaveng influences among others. To strengthen the immune system, skin elasticity, regulates blood cholesterol levels.

An exceptionally valuable product is the special kind of Matcha green tea powder, whose preparation ceremony consists in combining it in a hot water bowl.

The drink provides numerous vitamins and minerals, but its most important advantage is the presence of catechins, including the most important polyphenol being EGCG. Matcha slows the aging process of the body, regulates cholesterol, stabilizes blood sugar, lowers blood pressure, cleanses and accelerates metabolism.

Green tea contains the amino acid L-theanine, which affects the process of relaxation and tranquility, by reducing the nervous tension. In addition, it increases our alertness and concentration.
