The smell of summer and strawberries – light and delicate tart, tastes like a fruit bun.
Baked without the addition of traditional flour and sugar.
Ideal for people on diets: no gluten, “low-carb”.
It is so delicious that it disappears in the blink of an eye 🙂
Note: Outside the strawberry season, we can use other fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
1,5 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of coconut flour
2 eggs
1 full spoon of almond butter
1-2 tablespoons of xylitol / erythritol / stevia
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
a pinch of Himalayan salt
1 – 1 ½ cup of strawberries cut into pieces
1 tablespoon of potato / tapioca flour
1-2 tablespoons of xylitol / erythritol / stevia
Preparation:
5. Put strawberries (cuted) on the center, mixed with potato or tapioca starch and any sweetener.
6. The edges of the tarts are gently wrung in (approximately to half).
7. Transfer the tart together with the paper to the plate.
8. Warm up the oven to 380 degrees and bake about 25-30 minutes (until the top will be brown).
Tart deliciously tastes with other fruits: blueberries, apples, pears or apricots!
