The Christmas and New Year is a magical time in which we not only spend more time with our relatives, but also visit friends, celebrate common time and meals.

After Christmas Eve flavors and Christmas gingerbread, it’s time for New Year’s menu.

How to surprise guests so that it is healthy and delicious?

RUM FIT BALLS – no sugar, no flour and no artificial additives!

In preparation – super easy!

So if you don’t have an idea for “sweet balls” until the last minute, you will definitely be able to prepare them before breaking the New Year.

Note: As the name suggests, the composition contains % 🙂

For children, we make no-rum version 🙂

Rum FIT Balls
  • 1 cup oatmeal (oat flakes)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 4-5 pcs dry prunes
  • A shot-glass rum or possibly whiskey
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons raw cocoa
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or xylitol / erythritol to give a sweeter taste
  1. Oat flakes with coconut flakes are poured over with warm coconut milk.
  2. We leave to "soak" and "soften" for about 15 minutes.
  3. Raisins and dry plums pour rum or whiskey also leave for about 15 minutes
  4. Put oatmeal into the blender.
  5. Add raisins soaked in alcohol and plums (delicately casting alcohol) and almond butter, cocoa, coconut flour.
  6. Mix everything into a smooth mass and, if necessary, sweeten with maple syrup or xylitol / erythritol.
  7. If, if the mass is too thin, add more coconut flour to get a thick consistency and make balls.
  8. Balls are coated in coconut chips / raw cocoa or from the crushed sunflower seeds / nuts (I love the sprinkle with pecans and pistachios)
