Mini sweet potatoes sandwiches with avocado

If you like sweet potato and avocado, this snack will be perfect for you.

It can also be a delicious start to the day, served for breakfast!

 

You only need:

→ sweet potato (previously slightly cooked – not overcooked)

→ ripe avocado

→ juicy tomato or cherry tomatoes

→ salt, pepper and a bit of lemon or lime juice

→ Cut sweet potato into thick slices and toasted to golden brown color

→ Mashed avocado with salt, pepper and lemon / lime juice.

* If you are a fan of garlic, you can add 1 crushed clove;)
