In order to feel a bit warm and homey, I offer you a non-alcoholic version, equally delicious but guaranteed – much healthier. We only need 5 ingredients and ready 🙂

In addition, they are valued for naturally occurring enzymes – bromelia, which improves digestion.Curcuma on the cake is an additive of turmeric – spices with intense yellow dye, which has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine as a powerful anti-inflammatory.Adding it to the cocktail improves digestion and will improve liver function.

Ingredients
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 150 ml coconat milk
  • 0,5 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 3 pices icecubs
Instructions
  1. Pineapple and banana we peel, cut into pieces and throw into the blender.

  2. Add coconut milk, turmeric, ice cubes and we bland everything
